Every item at Bunting & Beau is carefully prepared and packed with care. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll always do our very best to help.
Personalised items
Because personalised products are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind or entered the wrong name, wording or date when placing your order. However, if we've made a mistake with your personalisation, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
Non-personalised items
If you've purchased a non-personalised item and change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and returned in its original condition. Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with a photograph. We'll always work with you to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.
Returning an item
Unless an item is faulty or we've made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
