Thank you for visiting Bunting & Beau. We're a small UK family business creating personalised nursery gifts, children's prints, cushions and bunting. We hope you enjoy shopping with us.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. They're simply here to explain how we work and what you can expect from us.

Products

Every effort is made to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. Please remember that colours may vary slightly between different computer monitors and mobile devices.

As many of our products are personalised, please check all names, dates and spellings carefully before placing your order.

If you're unsure about anything, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers including Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Personalised Products

Our personalised items are made especially to your requirements.

Because of this, personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong name, wording or date.

If we have made an error with your personalisation, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we'll put things right as quickly as possible.

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Whilst we always do our very best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, weather or industrial action.

If there's a problem with your delivery, please let us know and we'll do everything we reasonably can to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great care preparing every order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph where appropriate.

We'll always work with you to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.

All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, text and content on this website remain the property of Bunting & Beau unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Website Information

We do our best to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up date.

Occasionally there may be typing errors, pricing errors or information that needs updating. If this happens we'll correct it as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a genuine pricing or website error has occurred.
