Dispatch Times

Our current estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page. As many of our items are personalised and made to order, dispatch times may vary slightly during busy periods. If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll always do our best to help.

Delivery

We use trusted delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched. Whilst most deliveries arrive within the expected timescale, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed Deliveries

We understand that many of our personalised products are purchased for special occasions such as birthdays, baby showers and christenings.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us. Although we cannot control the delivery company once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll always do our very best to help track your parcel and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order as we cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect delivery address being entered during checkout.

International Delivery
